MB in Mexico

"We just came here for our honeymoon and had reservations made early through our butler that comes with our all inclusive package. We were nicely greeted , taken to our table , nice staff and server , food was delicious and nice size portions for 3 course meal . Now if you don't have reservations and you have to check in then you may have to wait because everyone wants to go to this place . 10 out of 10 impressed, the lights , mood , music , live piano and super friendly and knowledgeable staff ."

The ambiance was splendid and the staff were not only super friendly but also very knowledgeable and explained in detail every meal they served. Manuel, our server, was polite and very efficient. "This was the best restaurant we experienced at Live Aqua. It’s one of their restaurants that requires pants and closed toe shoes. It is a nice atmosphere. The staff is friendly. I recommend ordering 3-4 courses since the portions are small. They don’t take reservations so be prepared to wait for a while to get a table."

"Please give this restaurant a try and open mind. There are bad reviews but I honestly believe it’s from people who when in with a negative attitude. Yes you can expect to wait about 1.5 hours but that’s because you’re getting a 5 course meal. The service is wonderful. The crew work together to make sure your dinning experience is great, cups are full and your food comes out fresh. Now, the food here is actually some of the best food we ate at Aqua. There is a dress code and requires pants! No swim gear, shorts or cut off shirts. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying at aqua. My family decided to dine here twice during our stay. Send someone down early to put your name on the list. It helps with the wait time."

"MB, as others have mentioned, is the fine dining restaurant of the Live Aqua Hotel. Most of the dishes are part of the "All-inclusive" package. They do have "upgraded" items that you pay for, but they were overpriced for my liking. The place has a very classy and romantic vibe. It was also very cozy. The food was very good. For soup, I had the habanero soup that was served in a bread bowl. My wife had the mushroom soup. It was very flavorful. For the appetizers, I had the Tatake Tuna. My wife had the Gambas. The tuna was the bomb!!! I should have ordered another one. The Gambas was ok. It was good, but nothing to run home to. I almost forgot, I also ordered the Lengua de Vaca. It was so, so good! For the main course, I had the Filet Mignon, while my wife had the Veal Cheek. The Filet Mignon was very tender and flavorful. The sauce was spot on. The Veal Cheek was pretty good, but needed more salt. The dessert was splendid, as well. We had the hibiscus and the choco soup. They also gave us the Brownie as a gift for our 27th Anniversary. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience for me and my wife. We would definitely go back when we get the chance."

"MB is the fine dine restaurant in Live Aqua Cancun. It is very busy but worth the wait. Elegant and romantic, great atmosphere. The food is exceptional and the wait staff is great. We got a great server and he was very friendly and nice and took good care of us. Had a great experience. Loved it"

"Pianist was on point. Food was delicious, they had outdoor and indoor options. Service and food were excellent as well. Habanero soup is a must. It wasn’t spicy, 2-3 out of 10 scale on the spicy level. Our favorite restaurant at Live Aqua."
